The NRM Dojo in a Box

Welcome aboard – we are excited that you are here and eager to get started with this uniquely immersive dojo style of learning. This is a specialized dojo in a box learning opportunity that will be similar to other dojos that we have but has more to do with building out a new capability and/or enabling you to create and then run your own dojos. In essence both options are “train the trainer” situations where we work to enable you to customize and then run with your own dojos.

The NRM Dojo in a box is designed to bring our popular dojo training to your company in support of any capability that we don’t current offer. Otherwise, this can be a dojo about dojo meaning that you would instead learn the ropes to build out your own dojo program to run with and conduct your own customized training.

This could be the ideal solution for making your own custom dojo training that you can then use within the company. This might be ideal for when your company is working on highly sensitive areas or for when you don’t see the right training options out there in the market. While we will assist in creating these dojos NRM retains no rights to use them in any way other than the potential success story provided we have permission to do so.

IMPORTANT: We are typically booked out at least a month out so the sooner you book an Initial Framing Dojo Session the better. Feel free to send us an email with any questions. Otherwise, you will hear from us soon regarding scheduling of this engagement.

The NRM Dojo Jumpstarts have three main purposes:

Dojo PurposeDescription
Improve understandingEach dojo improves a team’s understanding of an important capability by doing. This enables you to leverage it for impactful and beneficial change.
Build local expertiseBuilds the local expertise and confidence needed to apply and expand concepts for future capabilities. Local experts can them confidently spread this capability to other teams for broader gains.
Inspire additional learningInspire additional learning and exploration of the topic by demonstrate how continual learning is a critical dimension of culture needed for success.

How Dojo in a Box works

For the most part these dojo sessions are all about meeting you where you are to create customized dojo-based learning sessions. Here we would leverage the NRM dojo framework that has been applied to more than a dozen well baked dojos that we offer covering specific topics. This empowers you to create your own dojo offerings along with all of the supporting materials needed for lasting success.

Each dojo is unique, and action packed. We aim to customize to your needs to limit wasted time or effort. In some cases, additional preparation may be required to ensure that we can hit the ground running in this collaboration with you and get the most out of each session.
